Three Things to Do in the Morning Before Reaching For Your Phone

I have spent the better part of half my life diving deep into what it looks like to live an intentional life. I am a certified 200 hour yoga instructor. I have been practicing meditation for 20 years. I practice Aware Parenting. I have worked with Mentors. I've done my fair share of online courses as well as independent study. I love learning about what practices I can put into place in a tangible way that mean I am able to live a more present, more fulfilling, more spiritual, more intentional life.



As I am nearing 40, I am very interested in transitioning from learning life's lessons, to teaching life's lessons. While I know that I will never be done learning, I want to become an elder who, through the simple act of sharing my authentic self and my journey, is able to accompany those who are wanting to live a more intentional life. I don't have it all figured out, and I don't know that I ever will, but I love sharing the lessons of my soul's journey in the hopes of helping others on their journey. As we all become more vulnerable and more authentic, especially in this online world, we have the opportunity to shift our lives for the better through connection. It is through this connection, where we feel seen and heard, that we are then able to look at ourselves and our life through the lens of exploration and growth.


I am developing several offerings that will be focused on helping you find the tools that will help you live a more intentional life.


I often talk on my Instagram page about things that I do in my day to day life that bring me back into the present moment as well as help me stay grounded and present throughout the ebb and flow of life. My goal in creating these new offerings is to put all these tools into one, easily accessible place. I am creating a few different offerings covering topics from mindful living practices, to mindful parenting practices, to simple daily things that help feed your mind, your body, and your soul.

I am so excited to share myself with you in this way. It's scary to be this open and vulnerable and put it out there that I have lessons that I want to share with you that I believe will positively impact your life. But I do. And I can't wait to share them with you.
